ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

The international character of the programme is reflected in the composition of the Advisory Board and the Faculty.

Mr. Clark Elliott (President of Workplace Evolutionaries Hub Switzerland), Mr. Kurt Kupper (Advisory Board member of Swiss Export), and Ms. Anne-Claude Lambelet (Former President of SIETAR) are the Advisory Board members.

Prof. Anna Lupina-Wegener and Dr. Güldem Karamustafa are the CAS Co-Directors.

Faculty members

Ms. Laurence Briola has 30 years of experience in customer relations and in HR, in several international companies. For the last 13 years, she was working with Nestlé and was until recently leading the Talent Acquisition team for Nestlé in Switzerland.

She is used to leading teams in an international, matrix, virtual setups, and recruiting at the international level.


Dr. Güldem Karamustafa-Köse is a Senior Researcher and examines the process of learning and adaptation and focuses on how individuals, groups, and organisations can learn and grow through diverse experiences. Before arriving in Switzerland, Güldem studied and worked in Istanbul, Moscow, and Manchester


Mr. Kurt Kupper is an experienced C-level executive with experience of working internationally and is a successful global brand creator - respects traditional values yet adds dynamic innovations.


Prof. Anna Lupina-Wegener is a Full Professor at HEIG-VD, HES-SO, and Head of the Intercultural Management Team. Anna has worked on projects in the field of intercultural and international management in various countries such as Algeria, Brazil, China, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine.


Mr. Pascal Marmier is a secretary-general at the SICPS, Economy of Trust Foundation SICPA. He is an experienced international executive with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, and trust. He has built and led diverse and inclusive organisations in the US, China and Switzerland.


Dr. Kaja Prystupa is an Assistant Professor at Kozminski University in Poland and a digital workplace designer. She trains and advises senior management in the area of managing a virtual work environment. She has engaged in international research collaborations.


Dr. Patricia Pullin is an experienced language teacher and applied linguist. She supports executives and teams in using English as a shared or lingua franca. Patricia raises professionals’ awareness of different communication styles and helps the development of the ability to adapt to partners from other cultures, build relations and develop trust.


Prof. Pia Stalder is an Associate Professor at HEIG-VD, HES-SO. Pia investigates the impact of diversity on creativity for innovation as well as the ways to manage and utilize diversity for enhanced creativity in organisations.
