An agreement must be set up and signed by the supervising professor at HEIG-VD, the student and the professor in charge at the partner institution.

Our Team
The International Office is an administrative department of the School. It serves as the primary point of information for incoming and outgoing exchange students, researchers and other international guests. We manage HEIG-VD's expanding network of international contacts, implement the School’s exchange, scholarship and mobility programmes, and help promote internationalisation on campus.
If you are an exchange student from one our partner universities abroad, we are here to help you answer questions and find your way around – even before you arrive. Likewise, we provide counselling, support and financial assistance to HEIG-VD students who wish to spend some time abroad studying at one of our partner universities or completing an internship with a foreign company. Furthermore, we assist faculty and staff from partner universities who visit HEIG-VD as guests on a mobility programme.
Our International Office staff are happy to answer your questions.
